Description

EBI is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to deliver high-quality Information Technology Business Systems, Applications and solutions to EBI Consulting's Sales & Professional Services organization and Corporate G&A team (Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading efforts for elicitation, validation and prioritization of user and functional requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of EBI systems by providing advice and best practices
  • Lead one or more complex projects at once
  • Elicit and evaluate simple and complex business requirements
  • Perform process analysis of customer activities to determine alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities
  • Provide suggestions on re-defining business process based on out-of-the-box platform capabilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of complex business requirements
  • Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements. Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements
  • Work with QA Specialist to develop testing strategies, test cases and conditions
  • Review and approve new system behavior to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives
  • Evaluate current business processes, tools, and systems to recommend changes or implement new framework
  • Provide guidance and mentoring for Business Analysts
  • Coordinate upgrades and roll out across multiple business units and regions including specific duties related to training of end users
  • Engage and partner with 3rd party vendors, internal development, and other parties as needed


Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst in a related field of technology and business
  • 2+ years experience in a Senior Business Analyst role
  • Must have experience working for a Professional Services Organization
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred. Experience with FinancialForce is a plus
  • Experience with at least one or more PSA, ERP and HCM/HRIS solution is required
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Experience with tool/platform configurations. (e.g. security/sharing, object creation and definition, workflow and validation, approval processes etc.)
  • Preferred experience with cloud ERP/CRM/HCM solutions


Certifications and Licenses

  • ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or comparable certification preferred
